Free Shipping Policy

Mitsosa Luggage is proud to offer Free Ground Shipping on all domestic orders over $75 placed on our website. 
We make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days. Business days include Monday -  Friday, excluding holidays.
If an item ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand will likely to arrive at their destination over multiple days due to varied processing times. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International destinations. 

International Shipping may take 1 to 4 weeks. USPS offers no guaranteed delivery date on International Shipments. Shipping price is estimated based on average USPS shipping rates. We will calculate shipping rates based on fees given directly from USPS and all TUMI poducts are not available for shipments outside the United States.

On all international shipments, customers are responsible for paying inbound taxes, duties, and fees (and any subsequent return fees).

Free Returns Policy
If the item deilivered has any problems on our responsibility such as wrong colors/items, missing parts, or any other defect issues, you are able to return it free of charge (Only for shipments in the United States).
Please call us or e-mail us at info@mitsosaluggage.com within 30 days from the receipt of Shipment, and we will send you a prepaid UPS label for your products.
Credits will be issued usually within 72 hours of receipt. You can return your purchase within 30 days from the receipt of the shipment.
Products must be in new, unused condition and in the original box or packaging.
Shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International destinations cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that it may take an additional 2-10 business days depending on your credit card company after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
If products retuned to Mitsosa luggage that are not in new, unused condition will be returned to the shipping address on file and original payment method will be charged an extra return shipping fee.
